School Council
We are extremely lucky at Snaith Primary School to have such an enthusiastic and committed School Council!
Each year we elect a new Council to act as a powerful voice for children throughout the school. Every September, we hold an exciting election campaign and voting day in which each class, from Reception to Year Six, elects one boy and one girl to be their representatives for the year. School Council Reps attend regular meetings, armed with the ideas and thoughts of their class, which are then discussed and presented to staff, governors, members of the PTA and parents. Our School Councillors also work to add the ideas and viewpoints of children throughout the school to our School Improvement Plan.
