Autism Awareness Workshops

Seminars for parents/carers and other professional groups is planned and delivered throughout the year and across the local authority. Seminars are advertised through the Look Ahead bulletin, which is provided by the Families Information Service Hub (FISH). Once advertised, parents and professionals can ring up and book onto the courses themselves. Upcoming seminars for parents/carers are as follows:

• Understanding Autism - 24 October 2024
• Autism and Overwhelm - 6 February 2025
• Autism and Emotional Regulation - 6 March 2025
• Autism and Sensory Needs - 7 May 2025.

All will be held in the Cameron Room at Keldmarsh Primary in Beverley, the sessions will all run from 10 am until 12.30 pm. They are all free to attend but must be booked with us first at: eps@eastriding.gov.uk.
